The mix is low in fat, has no cholesterol, and is wheat-free and gluten-free. Arrowhead Mills mix uses real chocolate chips for a great chocolate chip tasting cookie snack at anytime.
Product Ordering Information
The product is shipped to your door in six 12.9-ounce boxes or one 12.9-ounce box of mix per order. Each box produces about 20 cookies and a total of 120 cookies if you use all the mixes together in one large batch.
Cooking Directions
What You Will Need:
- 1 egg or egg substitute
- 2 tbsp butter
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Empty contents of cookie mix into a medium bowl. Add: 1 egg (slightly beaten) or egg substitute, 2 tbsp melted butter (For best results, use butter, but may substitute 2 tbsp of vegetable oil) stir until well blended – mix will be crumbly until stiff dough forms.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly oiled cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool cookies on cookie sheet for 2-4 minutes or until set, remove and continue cooling.
- Allow cookies to completely cool before storing in an airtight container.
