Recipes
Here is a simple pancake recipe you can use.
- 1 Cup of Bisquick Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
- 2/3 Cup of Milk (You can substitute buttermilk for a buttermilk flavor)
- 2T vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- Add Blueberries to batter before cooking or your favorite fruit
- Pour 1/4 cup batter on a hot-greased griddle
- Flip pancakes when you see bubbles evenly distributed and the edges are brown.
Here is a simple biscuit recipe:
- 2 Cups of Bisquick Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
- 2/3 Cup of shortening
- 2/3 Cup of milk
- 3 Eggs
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut shortening into the mix and then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Drop spoonfuls onto an un-greased baking sheet and baked for 14 minutes. You can substitute buttermilk instead of milk if you like the buttermilk flavor.
