Ener-G Tapioca Bread Loaf Gluten Free is made from tapioca flour and is wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, casein-free, and no saturated fat, no trans fat, no cholesterol, no sugar, and good for low-protein diets. Besides being gluten-free it’s also Kosher.

This bread can be served to those individuals who suffer from celiac disease or are allergic and sensitive to gluten.

This bread loaf has universal uses, from simple toast to elaborate sandwiches.

Note: Ener-G breads and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15-20 seconds, one slice at a time.
