Ener-G Foods Tapioca Hot Dog Buns Gluten Free is made from rice flour, tapioca starch, and yeast. These buns are gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, no egg, KOF-K Kosher-certified; and is a good source of calcium and Vitamin B1. Because it’s gluten-free, you can serve it to those who have celiac disease or are allergic and sensitive to gluten.
Now you can serve hot dogs on buns that are gluten-free for those on strict gluten-free diets.
Note: Remember that Ener-G Foods breads and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.
Product Ordering Information
The product comes shipped directly to your door in a pack of six 7.76-ounce packages. Each package contains four buns for a total of 24 buns per shipment.
