Jovial Chocolate Cream Filled Organic Cookies Gluten Free are made with rice flour and are certified gluten-free. The cookies are baked in small batches, the ingredients are mixed by hand and a unique and delicate process hides the filling in the center of the cookie before baking.
Since these cookies are gluten-free, you can serve them to those individuals who have celiac disease or are allergic and sensitive to gluten.
